In PBR, after you finish the game, you got to the shop and there will be a Pikachu there costing 0BP. The Pikachu is different then all other Pikachu. It holds a Light Ball (x2 Pikachu's Sp.Att) knows Surf, Volt Tackle, Tail Whip and Thunder Wave. Pikachu is usually female so you can't breed Surf to other Pikachus.
