Mr. Goods
Mr. Goods lives up to his "name" (even though in the game he says no one knows it), not for being "good" but for giving out "goods". He is in Hearthome City, above the building left to the PokeMart.
Before the Hall Of Fame, you can get 11 different goods to decorate your Secret Base. Although you cant just go up to him and get something, you must 1st complete set tasks to do before you can get them. He also doesn't tell you what these set tasks are.
