Arceus, the God Pokemon. Being a "God" it is meant to be very powerful. Boy, it is. Having the highest base stats of all Pokemon and being sent straight to the Uber tier.
Being a god, it should have some special skill or ability, well, it does. It's ability, Multitype, means when it holds these plates it's type changes to what type it is. So if it holds the Meadow Plate, it'll change to the Grass type. If it doesn't hold a plate, it is the normal type.
